01 · The Revenue Case

Three treatments a month covers the payment

At a $250 retail price for a full-body treatment, the $699 monthly payment is covered by the first three treatments you book each month. One treatment per day, five days a week, pays the device off in roughly eight months. Because a full-body treatment fits a 45-minute slot, one room can physically run six to eight per day.

The number most clinics miss
Hair removal sells in packages, not sessions. A client committing to six to eight sessions is a $1,500 to $2,000 prepaid booking with the appointments already on your calendar. The figures above are built on single treatments, which understates what the room actually produces.

02 · Why The Specifications Matter

Three specifications, three commercial consequences

The numbers on the brochure only matter where they change what your treatment room produces. Here is the translation.

Spot size is the business case

  • A 12mm x 24mm applicator is extra-large for a diode system.
  • Fewer pulses per area means less chair time. You sell appointment slots, not laser physics.
  • One room books six to eight 45-minute full-body slots a day. At 90 minutes per treatment, that room produces half as much and staffing cost per treatment doubles.

Cooling is the retention case

  • Pain is the reason clients abandon packages: they book six, tolerate two, stop answering by four.
  • Contact cooling tested to -31°C holds the skin comfortable at the moment of the pulse and protects epidermal tissue.
  • That matters most on darker skin types, where more energy is absorbed above the follicle.

Presets are the staffing case

  • Touchscreen presets organised by skin type, cooling variance, and treatment area.
  • Static mode for precision work. Gliding mode for continuous coverage on legs, back, and chest.
  • The gap between a device that works and a device that gets used is the confidence of the person holding the applicator.

04 · The Launch Program

Most distributors hand you a machine. We hand you a booked treatment room.

A laser sitting idle costs you $699 a month. The device is the easy part. Filling the room is the work, and every purchase includes a free 30-day launch program.

  • Treatment menu and pricing built for your market
  • Staff scripts for the consultation
  • A launch campaign and your first month of patient-facing content
  • One full day of hands-on training in clinic with live models
  • NAIMA certification at no extra charge
  • A dedicated Business Development Manager
